หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ ให้บริการออกตรวจสอบอุบัติเหตุรถยนต์ เพื่อประเมินความเสียหายเบื้องต้นและให้คำแนะนำขั้นตอนการชดใช้ค่าสินไหมทดแทนบันทึกข้อมูลจากการตรวจสอบอุบัติเหตุให้ถูกต้องดำเนินการทางด้านสินไหมให้เสร็จสมบูรณ์ เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ผู้ใช้บริการ
