หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ สนับสนุนการให้บริการของลูกค้าให้เป็นไปตาม SLAConfigure อุปกรณ์ Switch , Router , Firewall, Load Balance , Antivirus, อุปกรณ์ Infrastructure ของระบบ Network และอุปกรณ์ทางด้าน Securityแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งาน Switch , Router , Firewall, Load Balance, Storage, Antivirus, อุปกรณ์ Infrastructure ของระบบ Network และ อุปกรณ์ทางด้าน Securityสนับสนุนการให้บริการโดยภาพรวม และวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มการใช้งานในภาพรวมเชิง Capacity และ Utilization ได้ควบคุมการซ่อมบำรุงระบบ Infrastructure (MA)ปฏิบัติงานตามนโยบาย และมาตรฐานขององค์กรอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
