หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ บรรยายความรู้ให้กับตัวแทนประกันชีวิตจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมให้ตัวแทนประกันสามารถต่อยอดการขายได้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการจัดการฝึกอบรม ดูแลการเรียนการสอน และเป็นวิทยากรผู้บรรยาย จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมทั้งการเรียน การสอน และกิจกรรมทางการตลาดให้กับตัวแทนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการแนะนำแนวทางการทำงานให้กับตัวแทนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการจัดทำและติดตามผลงาน Activity report ของตัวแทนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ
