หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ รับสายลูกค้า ตอบคำถาม ให้ข้อมูล แก้ไขปัญหา และช่วยเหลือลูกค้า ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ / ช่องทาง onlineรับเรื่องร้องเรียน คำแนะนำ ติชมจากลูกค้าบันทึกรายละเอียดการรับสายลงในระบบงานอื่นๆที่ไดัรับมอบหมายเพิ่มเติมจากหัวหน้างาน
