Business Analyst Manager - Accounting and Finance Division

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Manage internal resources and/or third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and all related implementations under BU - Finance and Accounting Department.Gather and analyze requirements from internal and external stakeholders, such as User, IT departments, and Vendor.Collaborate with users to conduct testing, propose solutions, and provide consultation on system improvements based on collected requirements.Understand End-to-End business process to identify business/ functional requirements from end user then translate /prepare a document to related party.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.Providing possibilities of the solutions /options/ workaround on the issues encountered by end users for all projects/tasks related to BU.Working with the Project teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on timeline, within scope and budgeting.Assist in performing System Integration Testing and coordinating User Acceptance Test with user.Report project status and escalate issues to management as needed.Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholder.Direct team members the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
