Senior Claims Staff, Non Motor Claims (Urgent)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Assist superior to manage and develop claim handling to give good service to customers.Check and approve claim settlement in accordance with assigned authority.Execute daily claim to be in line with Guideline and OIC Regulation without delay Co-ordinate with surveyor(s), claimant(s), partner(s) and/or other parties involved when claim happened and/or advice is required.Assist claim investigation team and/or salvage team upon request.Check and review claim documents including survey report before settling claim.Keep monitoring and follow-up claim(s) continuously to reduce outstanding claims and any delay.Select and review survey companies and/or adjuster to comply with company policy and to meet customer’s satisfaction with good and standard service for management decision.Negotiate with parties concerned regarding claim settlement and/or consult with claim committee and/or legal team if necessary.Assist superior to prepare supporting documents for management decision and/or court purpose.Perform other duties assigned by superior.
