- Oversee the total related processes of recruitment
- Analyze the current recruitment situation and plan recruitment solution
- Screen, interview, and selection candidates
- Contact candidate to make interview and sign contract appointment
- Prepare essential documents for job application and employment
- Summarize weekly - monthly manpower
- Coordinate with internal or external organization
- Update recruitment situation including analyzing customer requirements
คุณสมบัติ
- Graduated Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Not specified gender, Maximum 45 years old
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment
- Ability to communication and recommendation
- Provide agility and work flexibility
- Skilled in problem-solving & solution analyzation
- Skilled in data analytic & weekly - monthly report creation
- Skilled in negotiation and presentation
- Provided positive attitude and relationship management with colleagues
- Available using Microsoft Office
