• To perform due diligence of IPO, IFA, M&A project

• Collects primary data and insights through participation, focus on collecting and sharing information from multiple sources for industry trends and competitive intelligence

• Conduct financial model (including develop and maintain), risk assessment evaluation and industry research

• Draft presentation materials, project write-ups, term sheets, etc. in support of various client engagements.

• Analyzes a company's fundamentals and financial statements to provide actionable insights that support equity issuance and strategic decisions, while helping stakeholders manage potential risks.

• Prepare pitch decks, stock market updates, and other marketing materials to support customer engagement and business development.

• Prepare documents for filing information reports (prospectus) , documents presented to investors, and documents submitted to regulatory agencies in accordance with the requirements of the SET and SEC.

• Coordination with regulatory authorities such as the SEC and SET, as well as auditor , internal audit, legal advisor and , to ensure transaction compliance and readiness.
