Kids need to have a nanny or family member looking after. It really an active job, you can not work and take care kid at the same time. If you live in the asia time zone and planing to do other thing in day time and do this as a evening job, we can tell you that you will last for a couple week. Having other part job at the same time is not acceptable here.
